Package 1: $400


4 Sessions of Prenatal Yoga and Support

If you want a little extra prenatal support and also fit a yoga practice into your schedule at your convenience, this package is for you. With this 1.5 hour class over 4 weeks, we will discuss childbirth preparation and practice yoga specifically for your stage of pregnancy. During each session we will discuss topics such as birth positions, breathing and relaxation techniques. Partners can join the session at no additional charge. 



Package 2: $400

4 Sessions of Postnatal Yoga and Support

At 6 weeks postpartum, it is safe for most women to start a yoga program again with the consent of their doctor. During this 1.5 hour session, we will bring baby to the mat and practice yoga to regain core and pelvic floor strength. We will practice postures to help counterbalance the positions of breastfeeding. We will also do gentle baby massage and relaxation. In addition to yoga, postpartum support will be provided including education, lactation support, baby care and support of self-care for the mother.
